As I reflect on our unforgettable 2026 Second International Conclave in beautiful Cancun, Mexico, I am filled with gratitude, pride, and excitement for the extraordinary sisterhood we continue to build. What an experience! Cancun offered more than a breathtaking destination; it provided the perfect setting for connection, celebration, reflection, renewal, and transformative leadership.

Our time together was phenomenal! Authentic, dynamic speakers inspired meaningful conversations, challenged our thinking, and reminded us of the tremendous influence we hold as women of color leading school districts across the nation. Through powerful discussions, shared experiences, and intentional opportunities for reflection and growth, we strengthened both our leadership capacity and the bonds that make SisterSupes exceptional.

And Sisters, let's not forget the magic of Cancun! From phenomenal cuisine and unforgettable dining experiences to spectacular sand, sunshine, and turquoise surf, every moment invited us to celebrate life beyond our professional responsibilities. The laughter was contagious, the fellowship genuine, and for those adventurous Sisters who ventured out on excursions—well, let's just say some have stories to tell! What happens in Cancun may not always stay in Cancun!
